Irda,
Forget the whole thing, just bill them RM20 per month per sim.
By the way, better push celcom to get our rebate.

PH,
1. I hope you get the right picture here. Gillian wants to use the RM20 payment rebate here(the letter that was issued by Celcom to allow customer to pay only RM20 for their Celcom bill even though the bill shows a higher figure) to backdate the payment they have made from Sept'08 to Dec'08 so that they can get further rebate from us.
2. Nobody promised Central Cargo that they can only pay RM20 for their telco bill when the deal was closed last year. In fact, how can anyone promise them this figure when they don't know how much Celcom is going to write in the letter that was issued out only in Jan '09 which is 3 months later from the Sep '08 date.
3. I was the one who close the deal with Vincent and there was never any agreement verbally or written that stated any payment of RM20 for their telco bill. So how could they say we promised them RM20 when the Celcom letter came only in Jan '09. Then you gave us the RM50 figure to charge all our affected customer as a rough figure while waiting for Celcom to solve the high billing issue. Now, they want a rebate from the RM50 that we charged them since Sept'09.
So now, do you still want me to send a reply to rebat her claim of our promise of RM20?
Rgds,

Dear Gillian Saw,
I am not sure who has promised you on RM20 per month per sim card. Anyway, we will revise our billing at RM280 per month for the months when your company was using our sim cards.
I hope our generosity will help you to decide to increase more business with us.
TQ & Rgds,

Subject: GPS Package with Celcom : RM20/unit/mth
Good day Mr.PH Tan,
It was understood and agreed on GPS Tech's offer that we initially sign up for Celcom special GPS package which cost RM 20/unit/month.This was part of the offer by GPS Tech to our Company on all units of GPRS sets purchased. Hence, in total we are supposed to pay Celcom related charges = RM 280 per month (RM 20 X 14 units). Therefore we feel that your bill amounting to RM2,800 for 4 months Celcom related charges (Sept - Dec'08) is too high. Kindly adjust the amount to a maximum of RM280/mth as agreed. We hope to get a positive response from you soon.
Your prompt action and cooperation is very much appreciated.
Thank You.
Best Regards,
Gillian Saw
